Right to Know
You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, and the purpose for collection.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions for legal obligations, fraud prevention, and service completion.
Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Most information can be updated directly in your account settings.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell personal information. The opt-out link above is provided for completeness.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information. We use conversation content only to provide the AI service. No additional uses apply.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CPRA rights.
How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with subject line "CPRA Request". Include your full name and the email associated with your account.
We respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days with notice). Up to two free requests per 12-month period.
